Hi! My name is Rachel. I am a Des Moines native, a new mom, and a curvy fashion connoisseur.Being a curvy person in a world obsessed with thinness is no small feat. From going to prom where even in a full-coverage gown, I was told I was out of dress code—not because of the dress, but because of how I filled it, to now navigating life with my new, softer “mom bod”, I know the struggle intimately. As a teen I would sit in the department store changing room with tears in my eyes wondering why I couldn’t just shrink myself. As an adult, I know that shrinking yourself to fit the world’s idea of beauty isn’t beauty at all. 

As a curvy model I hope to inspire others to try new trends and treat yourself to cute clothes. But more importantly, I hope I can empower you to feel good in your skin regardless of your size or shape. I aim to unapologetically challenge societal beauty standards, because hot girls come in all forms!
